Sync Not Working

- Account authorization: Re-authorize by disconnecting and reconnecting (tap on the top-right Disconnect symbol)
Privacy & Security
- Encryption: Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Minimal permissions: StocksBoard only requests permission to:
- Create a backup folder
- Read/write backup files
- No access other Drive/Dropbox files
- Your control: You can disconnect at any time, and your backups remain in your account
- No sharing: Backup data is never shared or used by anyone
Best Practices
- Enable cloud sync for automatic backups and peace of mind
- Regular exports in addition to cloud sync as an extra backup layer
- Secure your accounts: Use strong passwords for Google and Dropbox
- Review permissions in your cloud account settings
Using Multiple Providers
You can use both Google Drive and Dropbox simultaneously:
- Connect to Google Drive for automatic sync
- Also connect to Dropbox for additional backups
- Both will maintain updated copies of your data
Or switch providers:
- Export your data locally using the Export feature
- Disconnect from the current provider
- Connect to the new provider
- Import your exported data into the new provider
See Import/Export Guide for detailed instructions.
